The Doctor of Physical Therapy program at South College is designed to help meet the demands of clinical practice in the 21st century. Our innovative 2-year blended-learning Doctor of Physical Therapy program combines aspects of online learning activities and interactions with hands-on laboratory sessions and collaborative clinical education experiences. We strive to graduate Doctors of Physical Therapy who contain expert knowledge, a passion for healing and a strong desire to make a positive impact in their communities.

The Doctor of Physical Therapy program at South College utilizes a contemporary and evidence-based curriculum powered by the Evidence In Motion (EIM) Learning Academy. As a student, you'll be able to complete your classroom education component online and from anywhere you like. You'll immerse yourself in onsite lab sessions in Knoxville where you'll develop essential hands-on patient management skills and complete clinical education experiences in a structured and collaborative manner in selected clinical sites with currently practicing professionals.
